Often it is our own internal thoughts that cause suffering.

Negative self beliefs and fear can be the biggest obstacles to our happiness,

even more than external challenges.

True happiness, and lasting transformation, begin from within.

My treatment approach is to explore and consider the underlying events and issues

associated with your thoughts, and then working with you to create achievable goals to

help manage those thoughts and the subsequent behaviors.

Our subconscious minds are extremely powerful. Many of our negative false beliefs 

are either learned through trauma and/or from our childhood.

For example: "I am not safe." or "I am not good enough."

These false beliefs are directing our current behaviors, on a subconscious level.

Hypnotherapy and EMDR are powerful tools that target false

negative beliefs on a subconscious level.

I offer both these treatment options in addition to traditional

talk therapy, and cognitive behavioral techniques (CBT).
