Hypnosis is a proven complement to cognitive behavior therapy. Often our triggers and false beliefs are subconsciously driven. Hypnosis helps create new thought patterns when triggered, and make the creation of new behaviors easier. Hypnosis is great for those of us who find solo meditation practices difficult, as well as experienced meditators to focus on healing.
When an appointment is cancelled last-minute, it is difficult to refill that time slot. Per the patient agreement: cancellations within 24 hours of appointment will result in cancellation fee.
